Jason C. Pillay

Jason Pillay is a former postgraduate student at the University of Queensland under the supervision of Dr. Ian McCulloch.

His project investigated the effects of strong interactions in determining the topological order of quantum matter.

Jason hoped to gain a deeper understanding of how strong interactions in quantum matter give rise to new and exotic topological phases and how pre-existing topological orders are altered when strong interactions are introduced.
